We have these ugly mofo's in the SW United States. Everytime I see one, it reminds of predator.

Totally harmless unless they pinch you. Camel spider.

The walnut harvest is over in the groves, packing nuts will continue for another couple weeks. I took the opportunity to go for a hunt this morning.

Only one pile of poop in this photo

Im not as fancy as knoefz but I brought out some smoko to eat halfway through my hunt.

My son 3d printed me a bag hook

Another successful hunt

Even if i didn't shoot anything i do enjoy walking around the scrub. I like the ESEE 4HM i do like the regular 4 better though.

A non esee related activity i cut a blank to make a boomerang with my son.

That tree hook is a great idea.

Have him make you another, instead of a hook, do a half round shape. That way you can lean your rifle on it, instead of laying it on the ground.

Make a slot for a strap, made out of 550 cord or velcro.

Izula II that I took the scales off and wrapped. The scales were too light colored (cream) and I was afraid they would get dirty.
