Now what the heck is in here. Unopened Victorinox swiss army knife in Sears packaging. I hate to open it. I dont collect these but this is interesting. That in the late 70s early 80s 5046 was the model number for the mountaineer. With different variations across different dealers but the core "5046" was always there. Idk if this helps at all
 
Is there a place on here that has more Victorinox collector's than others,
 
On another site recently someone sold a sealed box. When the buyer got it he opened it and the knife was broken.

It created a a real problem. The buyer blamed the seller, the seller said it wasn’t his fault, the buyer wanted his money back. The seller refused because it wasn’t worth anything now that it was opened.

My point is to sell it with the stipulation that you are selling the factory sealed box, with no claims as to the integrity of the contents.
