Every day carry

I have a little selection or is that a selection of little knives for carry. Favourite at the moment is a Wostenholm penknife C1950s with jigged black synthetic handles. Also in the rotation are a Camillus peanut, Henckels ivory bone half whittler, and an unidentified made in USA pen knife that I reconstructed with new scales. When on holiday on the Continent I always take my Swiss Army Knife Officer given to me by my brother 20 something years ago, and around the house, whatever is handy.

Moore Maker 3-blade buffalo horn stockman in my William Henry Clip Case and a Victorinox Mechanic on my keychain.

Vic Farmer in my pocket, Ingram Sodbuster on my belt and Ingram #4 Wharncliffe in my vest.

Al Mar Falcon with Ivory (welllllllllll yellow now) slabs.

*Leatherman Wave that my wife got me last christmas is on my belt 24/7

*Folding utility knife cliped to my right front pocket. I carry it mostly for work(construction), but since I don't have any other pocket knife at the moment, I carry it when not at work as well.

-I think I'm putting the CASE CV small texas jack on my christmas list this year to replace the utility knife for non work carry.

Along with my ever-present Carson lockback this 83ish type pattern is in my pocket today. (and it is not riding in a purse either :D).

I keep 4 or 5 slip joints in a small box near the front door and just pick one.

Wow! That is very nice:thumbup: Right now Ive got a XX Tested Case Stockman. Lately, I rotate between that and a Case/Bose muscrat.

Leatherman Wave my wife got me when we still dating, and either a BoneStag SS Peanut or Vic Sportsman II. I got the Vic for $7, so how can I NOT carry it, you know?

Reese and Tony were giving me a bunch of crap for not carrying my BPs..so when I told them it was because I didn't have a quality lanyard yet, Reese said he would make me one.. ;)..It does the trick..I have had it in my pocket since and I get a lot of questions about whats on the other end of the string. Love this knife..mostly because it came from a great friend..Thanks again Reese.

Case, Smooth, Chestnut Bone, Mini-Trapper. Pretty much become my standard carry.

I always have a battered little Vic Classic in my left pocket with my hankerchief and a lens clotch. Most used are the toothpick and the screwdriver tip of the nail file. Today I did use the scissors to trim my nails.

As always, a Wenger utility SAK rides in my blazer and is pretty much part of the uniform blazer. It stays in the blazer except when it gets cleaned. I usually don't think about carrying the two SAKs. The Case mini is what I think of as me carrying a knife. The others are just sort of there so much as part of he wardrobe I don't even think about carrying them at times.

Victorinox Pioneer Harvester five days a week, it's my work knife. Use the punch, saw, screwdriver, and blades often, never needed the bottle opener as of yet, but it does come in handy for prying lids occasionally. Weeknights or weekends, I carry copperheads. I love folding hunters, and the copperheads are like a small folding hunter. I have two single blade Queen copperheads (one stag, one carved stag bone), a Bulldog stag, and a Henckels stag to choose from. Hard to pick a favorite from those, so I just select the one that appeals to me the most when I'm reaching for a knife to tote. When hunting season opens, I carry the big folding hunters, OR occasionally a fixed blade. I have a Queen 92 and a Case 5 Finn that I really like to use. I have several folding hunters; I guess the two favorites are the Queen 39 in carved stag bone and the 1964 Case XX I just traded for last weekend. I found an exceedingly good condition 1964 Case 6265 SAB with the laminated wood scales. Appeared unsharpened and unused, but had a tiny bit of rust pitting on the backsprings, as if it had been laying on something damp once upon a time. The leather sheath was in excellent shape also, looked as if it had only been carried a few times at all.

Summarizing all of that, Vic SAK every work day, stag or bonestag copperheads otherwise, and folding hunters during hunting seasons. I've got a couple of NICE stockmans, a Hen and Rooster Cattle King and a Case amber bone CV '75, but for some strange reason I just don't like them as well as the copperheads.
