Victorinox Pioneer Harvester five days a week, it's my work knife. Use the punch, saw, screwdriver, and blades often, never needed the bottle opener as of yet, but it does come in handy for prying lids occasionally. Weeknights or weekends, I carry copperheads. I love folding hunters, and the copperheads are like a small folding hunter. I have two single blade Queen copperheads (one stag, one carved stag bone), a Bulldog stag, and a Henckels stag to choose from. Hard to pick a favorite from those, so I just select the one that appeals to me the most when I'm reaching for a knife to tote. When hunting season opens, I carry the big folding hunters, OR occasionally a fixed blade. I have a Queen 92 and a Case 5 Finn that I really like to use. I have several folding hunters; I guess the two favorites are the Queen 39 in carved stag bone and the 1964 Case XX I just traded for last weekend. I found an exceedingly good condition 1964 Case 6265 SAB with the laminated wood scales. Appeared unsharpened and unused, but had a tiny bit of rust pitting on the backsprings, as if it had been laying on something damp once upon a time. The leather sheath was in excellent shape also, looked as if it had only been carried a few times at all.
Summarizing all of that, Vic SAK every work day, stag or bonestag copperheads otherwise, and folding hunters during hunting seasons. I've got a couple of NICE stockmans, a Hen and Rooster Cattle King and a Case amber bone CV '75, but for some strange reason I just don't like them as well as the copperheads.
