Couple of spidies landed today, I always regretted getting rid of my old Caribbean, a kind member here sent this one my way along with a ukpk! Completely satisfied with both!

Buck Paklite 2.0. Hide. New hiking knife!

Came with very pronounced grind marks, trademark ridge and even ever so slight ridge towards the tip.

After about 30mins I got it to nice sating finish and screaming sharp!

I've got another score myself that should arriving tomorow. Love those Caribbeans.
 
Found a wall of clearance knives in a big box farm & fleet store. $44 Gerber Strongarm Tan Serrated Blade, $29 Buck 263 Hiline XL, Some Cheap SOG Fixed Blade $14. All 50% off clearance.

The Strongarm will be my new woodsman AP knife. The Buck 263 Hiline XL is D2 steel, Black Micarta scales but Chi-com. Looks decent considering prices.

The SOG is a poor choice like most SOG's imo. Never cared much for them. Passed on many other Buck, CRKT, Cold Steel, Gerber and those SOG.
