The Ocelot is a more diminutive version of the original ATS-34 PE & PS Wegner released between 1996-2001:

I’ve wanted one since they were first announced, but I have passed every time the opportunity arose. 🤔

I had many ops to buy an Ocelot b4 but always passed until now because there are so few vintage Spydies left that I still want to add to my collection. 🤷‍♂️

The vintage Spydercos have that certain something that is a bit lacking in current offerings. IMO, at least. You must have an impressive collection.

The only Spydies that I still collect are only vintage models.

I've got a large diversified collection of Spydies but I only collect what I like among the many Spydies made over the decades.

So, while there a lot of rare Spydies in my collection, there are a lot of gaps that will never get filled but I'm ok w/that.

Just missed out on an original vintage Schempp Tuff that was offered for cheap on EB but I never liked the looks of that knife all that much, so I was ok w/missing out on that one.

However, I've still got 2 vintage Spydies on the way: 1) a Gen 1 440V PE Starmate & 2) a Gen 1 440v SE 2 screw clip Military variant.

So, the collection keeps growing. ☺️

I was really happy with my Quiet Carry Drift Large so I decided to try the 2 versions of the Waypoint Large (the Ti+Vanax and the G10+Magnacut).

The G10 version is thicker :

Nice! My Drift L and Waypoint L (both in Ti and Vanax with knurled texture) are excellent knives! I have a couple of small drift with and without texture, but prefer the larger ones.
