Nice. Great color on the micarta. I had been wanting to check out a CPK. Always wind up getting frustrated at the Friday sale in the marketplace here and apparently not being quick enough to obtain one. They are certainly on fire here on the forum.

They make a great knife. I prefer to pre-order, when they have them. If I can wait 5+ years for a Randall, a year for a CPK seems like a bargain! Plus they are pleasant to deal with!

I was on the road today, and dropped in at a truck stop. There was a display cabinet with some knife-shaped objects in it, as well as a good lookin' Case Trapper. I haven't bought a Case in many years, an' I am pretty tickled to have found this one.

Got this Leatherman folder that I've had for about 15 years and a PM3. The Leatherman has always been one that I've really liked. The big aluminum scales are sweet, and the backspacer has a mechanism where you can fold it backwards and it becomes a carabiner for hooking to a belt loop or whatever.
