Just arrived . . . a Randall Model 1-7 Fighter:

It joins the Randall Model 2-7 Fighting Stiletto already in my collection:

Bought the 1-7 without the available sheath because I did not like its condition.

Will be buying a new sheath directly from Randall. They keep pre-made sheaths for the 1-7 & other models in stock but I have to send them the 1-7 in order to have it fitted for the retaining strap. Should only take 2-3 days for them to send the knife & sheath back after they receive it.

Mail just arrived. My first Vosteed and action is pretty good from out of the box. Blade shape reminds me of the Spydie leaf blade. Lock is interesting, that and blade shape was reason for purchase. Now to carry and decide if I like.

The odd couple. Recently bought the AD20s and yesterday I got the new Rockscale Design titanium scales. Very pleased with the fit and finish!

The Spyderco Brouwer took forever to find one on the secondary market. Love it!!

Nickel bolsters, Black micarta handle and S35VN drop point blade.
Very happy with the knife (a Buck 110 is a must in a knife collection) but not happy with the fact that Buck Custom Shop does not ship internationally.
I was forced to use a proxy address package forwarding company.
Do better Buck!

Question, and I don’t mean any disrespect, but do you think they don’t ship internationally because of the cost and insurance? And now with the tariffs it would be prohibitive? There are a few French knives I’ve wanted but the cost was too high. Very nice knife, glad it arrived safely.

Probably. But nothing prevents them from including this cost in their shipping charges. Many other companies do this, so why block international customers?
