I remember really wanting a Tomcat when I was young and had no money for such things. Still maybe the best looking of the “old school” lockbacks.

Broke so I went and hit a few thrift stores spent 10. and got 2 Rapala filet knives 8 dollars
and 2 for the rusty one.

This one just in - a Kubey Knives Coeus. I’m beyond impressed. It flies open with a spydie-flick easier than my Spyderco’s. Action is super smooth, locks up solid. Closes smoothly, but not quite drop-shutty, which is exactly how I prefer it. Very nice ‘budget’ knife that easily rivals much more expensive stuff.
