(Cold Steel Ti-Lite VI)
I was 10 years old in 1978 when my mother took me to see The Lord of the Rings animated movie. It was awesome. My mom has been a huge LOTR fan since the beginning.
Oh.....and nice Cold Steel sticker.

I'm happy that you enjoy your knife, no hate or anything silly.... But those pictures look like it may feel akward in hand (100% the way I see it). Is it comfortable to grip? Once again I'm just truly curious.
It actually is. Very nice feel in hand and the finger grooves of the scale make it feel comfortable.

Helluva knife! Was my first golden as well.
It is really sweet. I've been playing with it and I've gotten the action to match my Benchmade Rift (which I just got last week) and it's really fun. I was torn between this Manix and a PM2 and the ball bearing lock looked so much more interesting than the compression lock. I can't wait to break this is at work tomorrow!

Being a bit of a friction lock folder fan I will get this MCusta "slip joint" as they call it. Propably getting it today. It has a ball detent, but for all intents and purposes it is a friction folder. I have handled one and they are gorgeus.

I bought this Mcusta friction folder/slip joint. Soon I noticed that there was some sideways play in the blade and proceeded to tighten it, just to notice that the pivot spins and there is no way hold the oppisite, plain side in place. I googled "Mcusta spinning pivot bladeforums" and hey presto, found instructions how to solve the problem. The trick worked. My thanks to this forum for gathering so much information.

Received in mailbox today.
Boker Urban Survival. Small, pen style with glass breaker.
I can find a thousand uses for this little guy :)

Awesome little knife, what's the weight on one of those? Where did you get it?

buying spree this week.... first up rat 1...followed by 2 off brand OTFs and a Bali, then....Camillus Jolt, ended with a Spyderco Szabo.... I also worked in a custom leather crossdraw sheath for the Becker BK11 in the mix as well.

Nice looking bali, what model is it?

I'd love to tell ya but all I remember was it was a flea market buy from the same guy that sold me the 2 OTFs... I got all 3 for 120.00

The OTFs were those cheaper zinc bodied style, but have been good knives, they still fire strong and retract strong... I love em just to have added an OTF to the collection...

The Bali has been great as well, still tight with no wobble, or apparent loosening of the bearings, I have othet more expensive models and to be honest, its every bit the knife some of my 300.00 + blades are.... I too fell in love with the shape of the blade itself and the minimalist stainless handle style...

I'll try and track down the seller.... I know he had a web address on the card I got with the purchase along with the extra replacement springs for the OTF... I'll PM details if I can find the card....I know I have it around here somewhere, just a matter of sorting thru and finding it.

I THINK if I remember right, the OTFs were 55.00 each and the bali was 50.00, but like I said, I worked a deal and got all 3 for 120.00 with the extra springs and sheaths for all 3.... I'm almost sure you could do the same or better....

In the last couple weeks I've received the Benchmade Bugout Spyderco Manbug, the Spyderco Roadie, Benchmade Popular, and am getting my newest Para 2 this afternoon. Good to be back in the hobby. Had been away awhile......
