My recent impression of Civivi is the QC going down. That's why I preferred Hic-Cup from Kizer as they are way more consistent in the quality of fit and finish.

maybe I only have two, my Elementum, also with wood scales has been fine and actually pretty good considering the price paid. The problem with this knife was only the the drilling of the hole in the wood scales, I had also tried a micarta version which was fine I just wanted the wood version for this knife

I've wanted a Joker Nessmuk for a while now, but had a bit of an issue with them putting a scandi grind on a Nessmuk knife and there are some availability issues on this side of the pond. Joker put out this special 200th anniversary of George Washington Sears edition of the Nessmuk (1821-2021), with a flat grind, stag antler handle, Sandvik 14C28N steel. and a nice leather sheath. It's a good looking knife, with the flat grind it was meant to have, at the same price point as an upscale Civivi folder.

My latest stabby San Mai kwaiken from Ben Seward with shark skin covered kydex sheath with a utilclip. Intended for inside waistband right side carry... Love the blade shape, the San Mai and the sheath. Also love Ben's work.

I don't (or rather, 'didn't') have any Kizers but @Raku's post is interesting. so, I just ordered a CF Begleiter 2 with a steel i never heard of, N690. I'll post pix realsoonnow.

I love my Begleiter 2 in N690. It takes a scarily sharp edge. It was like the second knife I ever sharpened on my KME and to this day still one of my best jobs. It held the edge pretty good too. I need to sharpen her up again real soon.

Picked up a ZT 0562ti. Arrived today along with a pack of taco bearings for it. Installed the taco bearings. The KVT bearings were blue plastic? First I’ve seen from ZT. Loving it so far.

It's a Boker boxer designed by Raphaël Durand. I'm really happy with the 2 I picked up.
