Everyone's latest acquisitions!

Sad great looking knife.
Blast of air and oil?
Finally got the damn thing to behave reasonably well. All it took was a few hours, a heavy work glove and a blistered finger.

Still, I think it will be few weeks before it 's ready for prime time.

How do you like it so far? I know it’s only been a short time, I’ve got a ace grand that I love(totally different knife with skiff bearings in it), I’ve been eyeing this knife with the ti scales/frame. I was wondering how the lock bar mechanisms action is?
It's a definite keeper! 😎👍
It's a drop-shut action, opens smoothly. The crossbar lock spring is a bit stiff; but perfectly usable. The micarta scales offer enough traction for a solid grip.
All-in-all: a WINNER!!

Pajama knife has arrived (Kershaw Atmos). Once again, Kershaw has not failed to impress. It’s the light weight I was looking for, so no saggy pajamas, but it doesn’t feel cheap. In fact it feels pretty nice to hold. The action is lighter than every other flipper I’ve got and just as smooth, including the Ochs Worx that costs about 10x more. Looks even better in person than in pictures. And the clip is soft enough that it slides right into my cotton pajama pocket easily, but still firm enough to hold it in place. For the price, this is just a friggin nice little knife that jumped out of the box to up near the top of my list of favorites.

You carry a knife while in pajamas?
Dude... 😁👍
I’ve been working from home since March, 2020 - I’m in pajamas and a t-shirt most days. Between that and no traffic to deal with, it’s about the closest thing to a dream job short of getting paid to do nothing. The lightest blade I had was 2.9 oz, which was almost ok but just a tad heavy to pocket in lightweight cotton. This one is 2 oz, and I don’t even notice it’s there. In fact I already went looking around for it once, forgetting it’s in my pocket.

Just an OKC Vulpine in my favorite 5160 and an OKC M-9 Bayonet I got a good deal on coming in.
Either I need to make a handle for the Vulpine or find some thing that can fit it....

So have you found a good wine that pairs well with Captain Crunch? 🤣

Meet Peewee. Ordered it just after ordering the Atmos, in case it didn’t pass the designated pajama knife test. Luckily it did with flying colors, cos I had no idea just how tiny this SAK Rally is. I have a Nail Clipper that’s actually a nice size for a small SAK, but this guy is even smaller than that by all dimensions. It’s a cool little piece, so I’m sure it’ll find a purpose somewhere for something.
