You carry a knife while in pajamas?
Dude... 😁👍

I’ve been working from home since March, 2020 - I’m in pajamas and a t-shirt most days. Between that and no traffic to deal with, it’s about the closest thing to a dream job short of getting paid to do nothing. The lightest blade I had was 2.9 oz, which was almost ok but just a tad heavy to pocket in lightweight cotton. This one is 2 oz, and I don’t even notice it’s there. In fact I already went looking around for it once, forgetting it’s in my pocket.

Forgot to add the quotes!!!!🤔

Had to hit Ace Hardware over the weekend, and these two beauties caught my eye in their knife case. I hadn’t even known that BM had made an auto 940, and I hadn’t had a Leek around in a long time, so figured why not?

Just got a new fixer-upper EDC case for $7, pretty psyched. 5 containers + a false bottom, has almost everything I need. I just threw a few knives in there for a picture of the idea, and to show how it looks with some of my other stuff colored similarly, like the Douk-Douk, my leather jacket, or the burgundy Buck 119 sheath.

The top shelf will contain things that are truly my most "EDC"ed items, like my flashlight, spray, prybar, SAK Camper/Super Tinker, Spyderco Chaparral, K390 Dragonfly wharnie, Matriarch 2, Yojumbo, a couple of PM2s, stuff I can just "grab". I intend to put another shelf of less grabbed, but still often grabbed items like timepiece, lighter, Leatherman, RAT, Buck 110 LW, Spyderco Cricket, stuff like that. Will be thinking of what to do with the other drawers, as some are rather small. Current display case of which I need another, bit old pic as it doesn't look exactly like this anymore

Arrived today. Has blacked out liners which is nice. Action was garbage with a good amount of blade play. 6th knife from Spydercos Golden, CO plant to have issues. Took it apart and there was a fair amount of gunk on the washers and blade. Lubed it up and it’s perfect now. No idea what is going on with Spyderco but their QC has gone down a lot in the last few years.

I've been sitting on this for a little, trying to see what the hype was after a few dec....years. 😃 CS Trailmaster in San Mai. My first experience with the steel and comparing the real deal to the copy, there is a noticeable difference in weight and blade stock and the real deal feels light in the hand, very sharp and is on par with some swords I've had. The copies I've seen have thinner blade stock yet feel heavier as well as a slightly smaller handguard. Next was some knife lapel pins that I also finally got to buying, the BM Harley Davidson Push knife from awhile back and an Al Mar Alaskan Bowie pin. The BM was part of a set and actually bigger than some pins, the Al Mar has decent grind and you can just make out the logo near the guard.
