Very clean!Benchmade Proper clippoint. Feels good in the hand, but prefer my GEC Sudbuster in micarta more due to more features - heard these were being discontinued and didn't want to miss out.

Civivi Savant frame lock with G10 and CF scales and 3.5" Damascus blade. It doesn't look too threatening, although a little long for a gentleman's knife. The action and flipper work very well, and it feels like a quality knife worth more than it's under $100 price. Much easier to get open than that Maxace Black Mirror beauty that I just got, for almost half the price.

Beautiful knife! Do you feel like the handle is long enough?Incoming from Paul (his photo): 0.25" AEB-L, 7" cutting edge, bog oak scales, hollow ground, ~7oz (!!)

Always interesting to see knives with a back story like yours. Very nice pair.Just received these 2 custom autos made by Shawn Valloton (son of Butch and younger brother of Rainy) that I recently purchased off of the Exchange.
My poor photosy don't do them justice. They are stunning to see and hold and I feel fortunate to be their current caretaker.
The 1st is called the "River Boat Gambler" -- made w/Ti bolsters and liners and Ironwood scales. Blade length: 3 7/8" Blade steel type: unknown.

The 2nd is an unnamed Single Action Auto w/a safety lock. Jeweled inner liner. Liner/blade steel unknown. Scales made of some type of wood.

BTW, the logo on the blades reads:
Shawn Valloton
Left Hand Made
These knives are right-handed but Shawn apparently was left-handed and chose to make note of it in this manner.

PS: The seller said they he showed/discussed these knives to/with Rainy Valloton at a recent show and suggest that I contact Rainy to see if he knows any more about the type of materials used to make them, which I plan to do shortly.
Beautiful knife! Do you feel like the handle is long enough?
I hope you can post more photos once arrives...I'd like to see it from all angles - great looking blade...Thanks ! Don't know yet, knife is still with the maker. Normally his handles are comfortable for me. We'll see ....
