Everyone's latest acquisitions!

Last one for this week, is a David Mary Custom "Red Rhino" neck knife.

It feels good in the hand, with very grippy SureTouch scales. It's almost the same size as my DMC Wharntastic, but with a slightly shorter blade (3" instead of 3.125"), and slightly longer handle (3.375" vs 3.125"). That lets me get almost a full 4-finger grip. Both knives came sharpened well.

The folded sheath is a bit smaller than the Whartastic sheath, making it ideal for front pants pocket carry, although I can't really feel a difference in their total weight. The Wharntastic sheath would be ideal to install one of my Ulti-clips to clip it onto to my belt or a pocket.

What's the blade length on that? Absolutely gorgeous, Biryukov makes great knives.

Leatherman Free T4 just arrived. Bought it mainly to compliment the Bond in my telescope accessory/tool bag. What a cool little piece of kit. If I don’t need pliers, the blade and other tools are much more quickly and easily accessible than the Bond. Looks and feels pretty sturdy, and definitely fidget-worthy.

Where did you find such a cool little SAK? I’ve recently taken to not carrying my Leatherman due to lack of pocket space but one of these has potential. I typically don’t care for the standard red SAK
It's a collaboration between me and Spikediesel Spikediesel ,he's one of our resident SAK modder/builders...he machined the scales and built the knife to my specs, I did the engraving.

New pants for my REK Ember 3.5 MagnaCut! These RAVISHING sheaths were made by the very talented duramax duramax ! The are every bit as versatile as they are aesthetically pleasing too! :D Bill added ALL KINDS of carry options to the sheaths.

Craftsmanship is out of this world. Look at that tooling! And the color... 😍 The retention is excellent. My cherished Ember definitely won't be going anywhere it's not supposed to during a hike. :D
