Bummer. Message olamic. Eugene is great, he'll send you a new screw for sure! Maybe torque driver was off for this one. I'd blue locktite them all. Prob solved.

This is my first custom knife purchase ever, I received it a few days ago. Tom Mayo is an awesome guy. Everything is perfect except for the grind where the false edge meets the ricasso being a little unfinished on one side. Also, one of the thumbstuds has one groove in it while the other has two, but maybe that's just an aesthetic choice. I'm not complaining though, it's just a quirky little detail. I'm thinking about a Mega Dr. D for my next one.

Awesome knife. I am thinking of picking up a Mayo soon as well. Where did you acquire yours from?
