What is your initial impression of the Sencillo? Did you get the A2 or Magnacut? I’m an ESEE fan and I’ve been contemplating this one

Magnacut.

Good first impression, it was ground pretty thin to the edge, but about 20 deg angle. I want it a bit lower, but I dont know how far down I dare to take it since it’s so thin. It came literally tretopping sharp, cut hair straight of my hed when I tested it.

Handle is good, not great, for me, feels a bit slim. Sheath is ok, but seems a bit bigger than it needs to be, I’m considereing upgrading to Armatus.

Overall I like it, it’s a thin Esee that cuts better and longer than the Izula while beeing stainless!

Fresh from the mailbox is from one of our BF makers, this is the CAC Custom Knives folder. It is an excellent example of design, engineering, and machining. It is smooth, super solid and very well executed.

Found this gem recently. It’s from Fox Vulpis family of SAK-like multipurpose knives. This is the tiniest one with single blade, it’s roughly the length of 58mm sak (such as classic) and also sports titanium scales. Usually just the thought of titanium alone means +100€ to the price but by some reason this only runs 35€ and it seems to be made in Maniago, Italy (?).
I also like that it’s pinned versus screwed. I guess I am the one of the few in this opinion. Pinned gang!
The suspension spring is unrelated but they fit nicely together to the keyring!

RugerNurse is correct. It's the GB2 BladeHQ exclusive. I debated about getting the G10/CF version instead, but decided if I didn't like the jade, I could always RIT dye it another color. There are some nice looking examples of others doing that.
