Yeah, That one. :). Idk it was made by Drew?
Such pretty lines. Very simple, but very elegant and stylized.

I wanna make knives that look like that.....someday.

Hope you recover well, and Fast.

Did ya ever get that one knife rehandled?
I said I'd do it for ya.
Thanks, I almost forgot, if you are referring to the JK Hurley Creek light with the taped handle, 3/32 thick. I have just left it for another day. I believe the guard on the Cowboy was hand carved by GL Drew from another item, which I thought was cool, maybe from another section of spring or wagon wheel, whatever it was I like the feel of the knife in hand.

This just in, thanks to the generosity of DocJekl DocJekl , it's quite the folder! I just finished putting a lanyard on there;

Thanks again Doc !

I love how crazy sharp this is, and the drop shut guillotine action is so smooth, and it feels good in the hand too! Enjoy, and thanks for all the great lanyards and slip sheaths!

A couple less expensive additions to the collection. The Boker Plus Atlas is a slipjoint with a 2.75" 12C27 Sandvik blade and brass handle. It's one of the lightest knives I have and certainly one of the most compact. It will likely find its way between being a desk knife and in various hobby/work support utility pouches I keep on hand.

The Petrified Fish Beluga has a wide 3.6" blade made of Bohler K110 (basically D2) and a swollen blue micarta handle. As someone with larger hands, it's a knife I've wanted for a while, but I only recently did one of the local knife stores start carrying Petrified Fish knives, so I'm getting mine a few years later than a lot of people got theirs. It'll mostly be used as a work station or yardening folder, depending on how much the great ergonomics put it into work as a regular carry. I can also see it getting pressed into use as a checked luggage knife for flying, in situations where I want something usable but not necessarily expensive.
