Those emails don't sound much like Zobair Bary to me. I think talonner is lying again. and just made that correspondence up.

Word of warning: stay away from the Australian distributor, the knives, however, are generally good.

I was shipped the wrong knives. I was also shipped damaged knives. The knives were not in their original packaging. I was given false warranty cards.

When one of my knives was exchanged (wrong item delivered), at my front door, by Zobair Bary, claiming to be boss of Australian distribution, it was in the plastic still. He unwrapped it, defaced it, gave me the wrong sheath, and did not give me a warranty card. He sanded the leather handle of the knife, and defaced the incorrect sheath that he provided with the knife. He also placed the knife at my stomach for some bizarre reason. I just looked at him like the fool he is. After that, he jumped over my balcony and ran to his car.

On another note, when I was upstairs, getting the knife for exchange, returning downstairs I caught him in my house. He ran out the door quick as a flash.

My house keys went missing and have since turned up in the most obvious of places. I am missing property from my residence.

He refused to re-exchange the damaged goods for new ones, wrapped in plastic, sealed as is from the factory. He also told me to piss off over the phone and hung up on me when I again asked for faulty goods to be exchanged.

These knives can be found much cheaper elsewhere in Australia than going to the distributor. You also will get correct warranty cards, the right products and goods that are not defaced.

The knives are excellent from the factory. They are truly works of art. I have been banned from knifeforums.com for airing my grievances in the Kizlyar forum. I have a friend who has been banned also. Posts were altered, moderators publicly admitted deleting posts for fun, posts were removed and reinserted in different threads, things like that. When trying to discuss a knife from a practical standpoint, moderation, deletion and ridicule occurred, by a user claiming to work for the Kizlyar factory in the design process from the 'Australian design team' (a claim since retracted).

I am assuming you have a very basic understanding of human behavioural
psychology? I have a relatively advanced understanding. Attempted
deception of someone in order to deface items or behave in a
potentially threatening manner with a lethal weapon isn't impressive.

we have the goods.. but because your contacts in the customs dapartment failed, and the agents in the russian embassy were detained with a diplomatic bag... then we'll have to bring them in by submarine at night, at the pickup point , there is a 1950 wooden hulled power boat hidden in the cave nearby . yous it in the "collection" and remember the code word!!

ps ...pssssssssss dont tell anyone ;)

hahahhaha thank you, i thought someone would get some laughs from it i know i did.. it was hard to type when i saw his answers , i was laughing to hard.. yes it was fun to go from the yakov smernof type charator back to normal and such.. i suggest anyone after a good laugh give them a read. i should print them out..

but , honestly it is not a funny matter the boy seems ill and obsessed with the such weird things as kizlyar , "the russian embassy" knives,, government plots, .. ect ect and has been making some hassle for the distributor in australia. it is not the type of behavior you would want to be produced by a young person obsessed with knives...... and is not the kind of thing that is good for us knife owning folk..
 
ausjulius, I realise that the guy is a nut, that is obvious, and I'm sure he's entertained many on other forums, however you need to be very careful about bringing stuff from other forums here to BF. Cross forum debates and post swapping are fairly seriously frowned upon here.

We all know he's lost the plot, let's leave it with what he posts here.

himm.. no he is posting and emailing people with all manner of weird things, and so as he is concerned then it is helpful to clarify any problem he has by posting it here.. as he seems worried abouot this knife he speaks of and other topics aswell. if the thread is not locked and not deleted, then well it is open to have more material of the same content added..
i woudl sujest lock it as it is now clear that it is not rely a ... normal "topic"
or useful topic , and i dont see any reasion it should be here or running,. it is funny yes.. but common sense . this is a bunch of rubbish from a madman..
while its open though ill post afew replys for him and others to enjoy..
ah... yes ,, but i think he never had the plot..


ah and i waste the time and haveing the submarine sending with all those knife for him , and where at was he , he dont show up , we having to abort mission..

not good , i thinking now he cant be master of the knife sales in australia,

Julius, this whole thing has been very entertaining. I can hardly wait to find out how the corrupt police force was somehow able to keep Zobair from going to gaol.

Bladeforums policy: we let everyone have their say. I could have kept it locked but then you wouldn't have been able to post here. Anyway, you're right, it's about run its course, he'll leave soon now that it's obvious he's talking to himself, no one else cares.
 
Mark, he's kidding about talonner and his conspiracy theories by pretending that this is all a Russian government plot. :)

I agree. I have worked in the Mental health field for over 17 years now and I have seen situations like this turn real ugly in a heartbeat. I agree talonner is his own worst enemy but I sincerely hope that he gets the help he so obviously requires before this becomes a true crisis situation

A money order is something you get at the post office. You give them cash, and they give you a money order. Often used for mail order.

That money order can be cancelled before it is cashed, and there is no way I trust this lying crook to not cancel it.

I welcome your legal challenge.

Legally, you have to exchange my goods. That is required under law. It
is not required for you to do a refund. That is of your own volition.

You did never offer a refund of the full amount.

I am happy the police are now aware of this matter.

I need to keep these items as evidence if you do not desire to exchange them.

If you do not desire to follow your legal obligations, that is
exchange faulty goods for brand new goods, as well as give me what I
paid for, well that is your problem.

I know what a money order is and I read your earlier post about not being willing to accept a money order from Zobair. If he were to give you a cheque, it could also be canceled. Companies aren't in the habit of giving cash refunds, so I was wondering how you expected to be refunded?
 
It's not a 'real' company, in the sense it is illegally run from a private residence in a suburb called Seven Hills.

I haven't yet decided to report him to local government and have his residence shut down and all items seized.

He can give me cash or he can directly put it in to my account.

However, I want a full exchange, and if not, well, I will keep these items as evidence.
 
He (talonner) will always just want what ever they dont offer.
He is just looking for attention and causing as much trouble
as he can by waisting as much of every ones time as he can. :thumbdn:

Knives must just be his other hobby :rolleyes:
