Keith, you must remember that we're not talking about Australia here, we're talking about 'Talonner's Australia.' Big difference! In Talonner's Austraila, also known as 'the Inside-Outback,' the police, who are hand-picked by gangs to attend the academy, only work five days out of the year, knife defacing and balcony jumping are the most serious of crimes, Talonner is routinely used an expert witness in trials where warranty cards and extortion are involved, gaols are over-crowded with lying, cheating, Russian immigrants, and Zobair Bary is number one on the 'most wanted' list.;)

Not exactly. The laws are somewhat complicated and vary from state to state as well.

I could, for instance, set up an office in my house and do something like trade on Ebay or run a sales business or whatever.

I could not, however, set up a factory in my back yard noisily manufacturing things.

Local councils have zoning rules. Certain areas are zoned industrial and certain areas are zoned residential.

Even if the guy was selling stuff out of his garage without council approval the worst he could expect is to be told to stop doing it and, if he's unlucky, pay a fine. He sure as hell isn't going to gaol for it.

I don't think I'd pay to much attention to what our local nutter tells you!

It is illegal to run an import and distribution company from land zoned residential in that local council area.

It is also a violation of various rules and regulations for him to not exchange faulty and incorrect goods for the proper article.

From your story, Zobair Bary vandalised your property, held a knife to your gut, trespassed into your home, and stole your keys, but your calling the cops because of a zoning violation? :confused::rolleyes:
 
I haven't had contact with police on this matter.

I don't know if he stole my keys, I never saw him do it.

You don't contact police in regards to zoning matters.
 
Talonner, if and when you go to the proper authorities, I hope for your sake that your balcony is zoned for jumping. Otherwise you may be in a heap o' trouble yourself.
 
after the authorities listened to talonners claims i am sure they said they would look into it & "dont call us we'll call you" lol.

Zobair laughs at all such attempts by mere mortals for his mojo is strong. You on the other hand have demonstrated thoroughly that you are what we call here in the U.S. "NUTTY AS BAT SHIT"

I don't believe that Talonner even has a balcony, If the pope and ten cardinals all swore to it I would still have a nagging doubt that they fell victim to his muddled correspondence and were just trying to shut him up.


I'd be curious to see if our illustrious Zobair has seen an increase in sales recently due to his name being bandied about so regularly on the forum.

I alone must have typed the name Zobair Bary over 100 times in the last week.

I'm pretty sure this is all just for attention any way, he's comes accross as the
sort of guy who starts crying at parties to get attention, makes up mad stories to get
people to feel sorry for him, makes contstant complaints to the police/council etc.

A poor show indeed :thumbdn:

I want my money back and Zobair Bary is going to jail as soon as the Police stop calling me a looney tune. Zobair will go to jail as soon as the police stop buying knives, sandpaper, sheathes, and nut sniffing kangaroos from Zobair Bary.

I want my money back, but not a refund because refunds can be unrefunded, but I want those knives undefaced before Zobair Bary defaces them while at my doorstep when he tries to give me my money back but I don't want my money back.

Inappropriate behavior with the knife, huh?
I just recalled when I was at the Blade Show, a lot of the knives on the tables were pointed right at my crotch... :eek:
As the knifemakers picked them up. they were pointed right at me... :rolleyes:
Maybe I should turn the lot of them in to the "authorities", huh???
Please let us know when you get a life. :yawn:
