I just stumbled across your stuff today and I love it!
I gotta have one of your wharncliffe or tanto or something neckers. And eventually one of those poons, gotta pace myself though.

I'm just having trouble deciding on which one I want!

Hey Thanks! I try to make it tough! :D

Let me know if I can help out with anything.

You and me both, brother. I'm really likin' those big choppers.
I'm doing a bunch of big choppers next, mostly orders but I'll be making more on the side. :D

Thanks Daniel, I'll have to let my knife funds replinish before I buy any thing along the chopper line. lol
I'm also thinking about a Ti necker. So many kinves so few dollars. :(

Best of wishes to those who have to deal with the hurricane.

Daniel, I can't wait to get one of your neckers. For future reference, what are the specs on the mini poon? I might have to save up for one of those too... :D

Mini Poon - 7.5" long, about 1/4" thick, flat chisel grind... convex edge and tip. 5160 steel, MCAM G10 scales.

I like the sounds of that, Id love to see a picture of it in hand if possible. But I know you're a busy man.
I gotta try and pace myself though, I just got hooked on custom knives ever since I received my Mini Tac Bowie from BenR.T.

I seem to recall that the big poon just over a foot long, or thereabouts.

Thanks for the pics, Its hard to get an idea of the size of the mini poon next to those massive choppers!
Wish I had deeper pockets. :D

I hear ya on the deeper pockets. Between the hemi in my magnum, guns and .308 ammo, and knives...there is barely anything left. Wait...no need for anything else! Maybe beer and chicks, but the chicks can always bring the beer!

Haha, I have the same issues.
Although I think the 5.0 in my stang gets a little better mileage than your magnum. :D

Here is an old in progress pic after I roughed out the grind, it helps for reference though. I fit an XL glove (loosely) for hand reference.

most likely, lol. ever since the stroker went in, i've been averaging 15mpg combined, and 12mpg in the city. highway mileage is around 22-23 though, but i haven't been able to take many long trips with her, just to the track sometimes which is about 2 hours away in Englishtown or ATCO in NJ. but we didn't get V8's for the fuel economy :)

I had avoided looking directly at the poon porn, the tip or the tang, and was thereby able to evade poonlust, until you just friggin' had to go and post the daym hand picture.

Thanks for the pic, I really like that. Looks like thats on my want list. :D

Oo, stroker? Those aren't too bad of numbers, it seems like it would be a fairly hefty car. What are your run times?

I get about 15-18mpg around town depending on how I drive, mostly more towards 15 haha. And highway I can average 27mpg with the cruise set. It seems to favor 65mph at about 1400 rpm and around 80mph at upwards of 2,000rpm. But she's pretty much all stock for now, just a tune and cat back.

Ohhh I bet that is cool! Hemi! Stroker too, not bad mileage really, I'm impressed!

I really should get my truck going, I bought it from a guy who fixed it up 10 years ago with "delivery" money he made from it. I need to replace a lot of gaskets and parts but it has a 350-400 hp 351C in it with maybe 5000 miles on the motor... semi hemi heads, it is nearly the same motor they use in nascar right now. He fixed it up with all 70's parts so it is really cool, kind of a 70's style rat rod... hurst shifter, bucket seats, cool and needs tons of work.

Dude that sounds sweet! Id be all over fixin that up. I would probably even dd it.
Im guessing Ford F100?
