There have been 2 Criswell wakis on the forum lately, I snagged one from a couple weeks ago (Great deal too...) and it arrived yesterday.. I'm impressed.. heavy duty and the whole thing is slicing sharp.. I've seen them at knife shows before but for $400 to $500 and up.. Had to pass at that price. ;] Now what to test it out on.. pumpkins sound fun, but too easy.. BUT FUN! ;]

This weekend I'm heading to Bend to check out homes.. gl me... have a good one fockers. ;)

Morning guys! It's PAY DAY! haven't had a regular pay day in a while! I went and bought myself some beer last night, a new Merkur 23C razor, and a small selection of soaps and creams.

Damn it feels good to be a gangsta...

Very nice! I think I need a massage!

I have 2 knives getting a nice ballistol soak right now then I hope to get some photos! .36 Special and O1 Bushcraft knife... sheaths are done also!
 
Woohooooo I know that the .36 special is mine! I am pumped. That news just turned around my shitty week. Funny how a great knife can do that.I know I will have it in my grubby paws soon.

Candy colors... handle shaping in progress, I just leveled the tubes, chamfered and sanded them then rough shaped the profile on the scales. I need to "shoe shine" sand the handles now to get everything rounded and comfortable then I'll cut in some texture for grip.

Yeah I need to try some other brushes to find what I like best, but they can be expenive! I got the new razor because a local barber supply had it and it never sold, so he gave it to me at his cost. $18 for a new Merkur 23C!

Forgot to mention when I was down state at Cabelas Tuesday my wife comes up to me with a package. She shows me a Kershaw Storm II. She said they are on sale and this is the last one. She said they are normally $60 on sale for $24. Took me about a mill a second to say yes. Dam 26 years of marriage and she now is looking for knives for me. Gotta love her.She is my best friend!

That rocks! My wife looks out for stuff like that too, very cool. I need a Cabelas here, they have some great gear.

Lol that is about as clean as it gets! :D

I really like the brighter colors, I will be buying more for sure! I'll have those done tomorrow I hope...
 
I think they already picked their colors!! Now I need more $$$ Guess everybody was right- girls are expensive. Don't remember it startin this young with the first one:grumpy:

That reminds me, I need to order some blades and soap. Thinking about a badger hair brush also.
 
Afternoon men.After this week of driving all over my body gave in.Went to bed at 2230 and woke up at 1100 hours. I can not remember sleeping that long before.

They are Bushcraft knives, these are a smaller version of the blue/black one I recently posted. These are about 8" long and 1" tall, the bigger versioin is about 9" long and 1.25" tall. I made them smaller but they will work for anyone, there is plenty of handle for leverage.

I'll have some pics of them soon, I have been working all morning on the handles and they are almost done! :D
