This time of year allergies make me so sleepy it isn't funny, when I'm not in the shop I'm usually sleeping, lol.

Looking forward to having that one on my hip when ever I go into the woods. I know it will never let me down!!! Thanks again. For you guy's that are on the fence about ordering let me say dealing with Dan has been a great experience. He answered all my e-mails and talked over how I wanted my .36 special.He made my request into reality! This knife is exactly what I wanted.I highly recommend Daniel and his craftsmanship.His work is second to none!His prices are great also.I know one thing if you are wanting to order you better do it soon.When it gets out how great his work is you will be talking about long waits to get a knife maybe years instead of months!
 
Morning everyone! Got a couple of days off, headed out to the corn maze and pumpkin patch today to entertain the little one for a while. Its a pretty cool place, pumkin cannons (nothing like the ones you see on tv), 12 story high zip-line and obstacle course, ghost town, the maze is about 100 acres, and a ton of space for him to run and play.

Morning everyone, late morning here. It is cold today!
 
I'll have some ferro rod fire starters ready soon, I laminated some up last night.

Current Batch - Havok X, Black/Grey EDC Proto, Ti Backpacker with blue/black G10 and bottle opener... all orders.

I am finishing up the sheaths for the smaller bushcraft knives today, they are really looking great with the bright G10. I'm started on the current batch, they are about halfways finished... all need scales and some grinding.

Dan are the fero rods something you are going to be offering also? How much will they be? I can already hear momma because I have 3 fero rods and a blast match. But I like to have them with each of my set ups.Like there in Colorado here cold would be the number one killer if you got lost.

Yes, I plan on making more! I'm thinking they will be priced at $15-$20 depending on the material.

I am making a few of them this week and plan on having them up for sale soon.

Morning All. Went to Smoky Mountain Knife Works in Sevierville, TN yesterday. They had some good sales
because it was "Rep weekend". Picked up a couple of slip joints. Resisted the urge to melt the credit card
and leave with a cart full of fixed blades, lol.
 
I've been busy, my in-laws are going to be here in from out of town! I may not be around here too much for the next few days... hoping to get more pics up soon though.

I am still working on the whole shop thing, I need to talk to an electrician here in a couple of days and after that it should be on! I plan on building it with two rooms, one for grinding and one for finishing!

I also talked to the T-Shirt company and they are getting ready to press the shirts soon!
 
Dan I know how it goes with in-laws.They come up for a week to 10 days and throw my whole schedule off track.Sounds like your shop is going to rock!

They are lots of fun and unobtrusive but I bet I'll be busy! I'll get a little bit of shop time to finish up some stuff...

The shop will rock! It will be nice! This time last year I was set up in an ez-up tent with a portable table and a bench grinder, I used my porch to attach my vise, lol! Things are moving fast.
 
My in-laws always were a blast to have around.We use to take them to all the tourist attractions. Now it is just my mother in-law and her and my wife love to go shopping. Now my daughter goes to Northern Michigan University in Marquette they go to visit her and the 3 of them shop all day. This year my mother in-law is coming up to go to Marquette to shop on black Friday.
 
Tell you what, I liked my father-in-law much more before he moved in to my house a few months ago. Looks like it will be atleast a year til he moves out. My mother in law is ok, glad she lives across town and works out of town. Hell I don't even like being around my own parents for long! I guess I am mostly a loner type...

Morning men. Fast I understand the loner part.If not for having a kid when I was 15 and marrying her at 18 I would have been in Alaska as soon as my tour in the Corps was over. She says 6 hours from her mom is far enough.
