Merry Christmas everyone. I hope you all get what you want. I got a large Propane tank, may not sound like much but it sure will make the forging better.

Merry Christmas Fairly's & fans.
Man,I was setting at the comp this morning & the wind started blowing with rain spattering the window behind me & wham..the power went out.
Dang!Perfect timing.My room mate had the birds in the oven & the sweet potatoes on the stove.
It's just me,my room mate & a friend here so we sat around BSn for a while,then I went & took a nap.
Ah,that was a good nap.Powers back on,(it was only out for an hour or so)birds smelling gooooood & we survived the big outage of Christmas 2011.
Now it's time to fire up the fireplace.

I hope ya'll are having a good one.
And don't forget..just because you got presents today,it doesn't mean you don't have to be good,Santa is still out there,watching & making a new list......so be good for goodness sake.

Afternoon everyone, hope everyone had a great Christmas. Headed to eye doc for follow up visit.
 
Check up went fine. Doc said every thing looks good. Will still be 3 weeks or so before I can get new glasses
though. Have to wait to be sure everything is healed up.

I'm glad it went well! I heard taking MSM (sulpher) can help eye surgery heal. Get those eyes well soon! :D

I've been having to put 4 different drops in for over a week. Go down to 3 different drops tomorrow. 1 is a steriod,
another is an antibiotic, 3rd is to moisten, don't know what the 4th one does. But I'm following doc's orders. So far so good.

Made it thru Christmas & my Sweetheart's Birthday (26th!)....now back to work! for one 12* shift today, then one 16* shift on Weds., then off 5 days.

Which is a good thing, because the youngest GrandSon, whom we see least (lives ~300 miles away) gets to stay with us 'til Saturday.

Adam is 4, wants to watch GrandDad shoot the EarSplittenLoundenBoomer, feed Cheerios to SajikoPUG, ride with GrandDad on the 4wheeler, and wants to ride in GrandDad's-White-Race-Truck-With-The-Mad-Monkey-On-The-Back-Window! (Mil Spec Monkey logo)
