That truck sounds killer!
Another full day of training at work. It is way to many hours for me to sit in one spot....I am not used to sitting. We are getting pizza for lunch today!
 
I just traded in my 2008 ford expedition el 4x4 for a 2015 ford expedition el 4x4 platinum. I'm amazed that my 08 had a v8, bust feels way under powered compared to the new ecoboost. Good choice on your truck. I have loved all my fords. My wife has the economy boost titanium flex awd. It's a bad Azz car too, even has paddle shifters

Just got home. I had the wife take a pic; found a white and blue F150 parked in front of each other, so I pulled in front of the white one. AMERICA!!!!!

I needed a break so I have been in the shop all day... :D making a copper bracelet! It's coming out killer and is big and bad. I textured it like the Voodoo Blue RF2. Patina time is next, I have the Liver of Sulfur ready to go. I have had the idea for long time and it is cool to get to make it. For sale soon!
 
I looked at a few platinum series, just couldn't go brand new and the color options I saw were white.. and white.. and I don't like white :D

FBC, I knew you were joking! I've come full circle with my car choices, efff good mileage! :D With 2 boys that will be over 6' tall and a love for big dogs (current dog is 1/2 dane 1/2 retreiver) I can't really fathom a regular SUV nor any other car like vehicle :)

Allergies.. suck. doing some gardening and trying to fill in dirt for our fort/slide set.

Sup dooods.

Been just hanging with the wife and kid today, went to the flea market (didn't find anything good) then the mall for new shoes. I didn't get any, but the wife and kid both did, funny how that works. Then went and got lined up, and a burrito for lunch.

Just chillin now, it's getting warm out, somewhere in the mid 80's today. Been wanting to shoot with the camera a bit today, but gotta wait for better light. It's just too harsh today, gives everyone raccoon eyes.


Makin it great!!!

I did a little mushroom hunting today and a short hike with the family, even got a little knife work in!



I would love to get a new Ford f150 I have a 2000 extended cab but those 4 doors have soooo Mich more room.
 
Lol Sloth I'm just a snob. I have to have a new car, this way I know it's my ass that's been wearing in the new leather :) my dog is a 160lb Cane corso, that's why I got the el expedition. And with 3 kids and a wife, we pack that thing up.
 
Oh I forgot to mention to everyone here. I am leaving for GA for 9 days to celebrate my nieces graduation from college. When I get back I am revamping my knife collection. I don't really use many fix blades, and they are sitting in a drawer. So once back I am putting about 15 to 20 customs up for sale. There are going to be 4 really nice DFKS in the group. I don't usually post pictures or announce what I get from Dan, but these four are some of his best. I want you guys to get a chance at these first, so I will post the day before I make them public. These will include one of Dan biggest to date, also a large seax, and a certain s7 compound grind carbon knife.
 
You have some really good ones, they should move fast! Time for more folders here too. :D

Morels! Nice... and that fixed blade is looking top notch Justin! We will go look for Porcinis and more later this summer. I keep looking for morels as we have some big burn areas but none yet.

Ooo, I know of one biggin you got that I wanted! Funny, I'm a fully committed fixed blade guy, only have one modern folder left, a Kershaw skyline I bought used for $10. I might be interested in something you have!

Ended up firing up the grill tonight, some chicken, some pork, corn too. Smashed potatoes and home made tiramisu for desert! Got a great little Italian deli down the street that is the only place in town that sells lady fingers for it too.

I'm going to shoot the camera tomorrow for sure, I haven't in a while, been about 10 days!


All this Ford talk is driving me nuts, aren't there any Chevy guys here?!
