X, It is real.........real baaaaaaaaad! haha.
I am going to go kayaking today .....and I am getting payed to do it! I love working at REI!
Hi Wilson, I see you down there. :watermelon:

Lol, Kevin, they should have just waited for digital audio technology before trying to be lipsync superstars!

Low key here at work on Saturdays, kind of nice that way. Just been catching up on customer emails and such.

I have to fix one of my dining room chairs, my neighbor was drunk and broke a leg off of it last night. Fortunately, I think it is repairable. We'll see...

Caught fire inside while grinding. Whups!

Bobby, can you put a little water in the bottom of the next bucket? Kind of like a electric bong for you grinder dust? You don't want that thing to smolder and burst into flames when you are not in the shop!.....obviously. Yep, I have been working for REI about 5-6 months now. Fantastic place to work!
Rolf, 25?! wtf?

It was filled about 1/3 the way. The water pulled a houdini. It's not in the wetvac >_>

WHAT'S A BONG?

24 lighters? WHAT THE? What do you mean?

I thought that bucket was how much sucking you were able to pull through a straw :D

REI is cool.. my wife went on an REI Grand Canyon trip... hike to the bottom and camp at the waters (some name that elludes me...)

And I forgot what I was going to say.. OH, Xander, GROSS! Sharing your moment of passion with us! :D

D- Mill pics!

All kidding aside one day I will make a midtech or even production Backpacker... and REI needs it! They just don't know yet. :D

Farchyld - 5 gal paint bucket! I just snagged one out of the dump, lol... But yeah just about anything wants to set on fire with a blower on it, I am about to set mine up again with an all metal setup and my can outside... they are no joke though and I have melted tube and had a few can fires myself. I'm still trying to work out the fine details and ouch on the ducting prices! :D

I'll get some mill pics! I'm considering raising it and then it will be officially set up. Today I plan on cleaning the packing grease off, a formidable task! :D They weren't playing around. By the way this mill is really nice, I am floored by the precision. I was messing with the DRO (digital read out) and hitting .0005" increments with ease.

I need to finish my disc sander build, I ordered the wrong fittings for the wires but have everything else close! :D More folders faster and better!

Morning guys!

Just sent the wife out with her girlfriend for the day, just the little dude and I! Gotta clean my 6.8, do a tear down and overhaul too. Going to tweak some magazines for better feeding and hopefully get things figured out with it! Gonna set the boy up with my second gun vise and give him an airsoft gun so he can work on a gun just like daddy, and not want to grab every little part I set down!

I love when my weekends go as planned! Got the 6.8 torn down, cleaned and reassembled. Modified 7 magazines, and now I've swapped handguards on the 6.8 and did a mock up of my .20 Practical upper before I bed the barrel to the upper receiver. It really does look like a clone of my 6.8! Now that I know everything fits and has clearance I will bed the barrel.
