I'm curious what everyone thinks. What's your favorite 9+" blade to chop with? Why? Pics in action are MOST welcome. Rats and Dogs encouraged to participate also.

I don't have any blades bigger than 9" right now, so I'd have to call my answer the ZT BM-E ...
As of today, it looks like your favorite might become a Basic 9 - congrats on your purchase!
By the way, the blade length on a B9 is closer to 10" than it is 9", so it qualifies for your 9+" category. :)

My favorite 9+" blade: probably a B9 or B11, although I do like the old 1/300 SHBMs.

Follow up:

The edge was a bit dull after my morning endeavors, although still had a good 'working' edge, but I figured I would test the INFI legend and didn't touch it with a stone, but went straight to the strop with some fresh flex-cut compound (the only one I use, phenomenal stuff).

After a few passes, I was quite amazed she was shaving arm hair again.

That's impressive.

The other INFI blades I have had (ASHBM and FFBM) didn't respond as well, but they had been resharpened and abused a bit more (one had some chipping from contact with metallic items), so that may be part of it.

Good stuff.

some funny stuff on this tread. I am ordering a INFI tooth pick to chop down a redwood tree with
