The profile reminds of a Solingen 8" model.
I had a staghandled one in my teens, but the stag wasn't gentle to the hand.
Yours look more comfy!
I ended up with a Rosewood version from Kissing Kranes and used it for everything in the outdoors.
I still have it and it has got Company from an A. Wingen in Red Deer stag.
These two are in carbon steel but they are still made today in Stainless.
Great knives for their era, but todays steels and heat-treatments offer more edgeholding.
