Rowen will be the manufcaturer. They have made folders before and they are extremely high quality. A lot more to folders than meets the eye, thus the reason we have been so damn picky about who can/will do one for ESEE.
I'm currently carrying an orange-handled Benchmade Griptillian. Love the 154CM, holds an edge forever!
When I read that the ESEE-3F would have an orange replacement scale (please keep this option on the Rowen produced model!) I pissed myself.

Never baton a folder. I don't care how good the lock is you are changing so many geometric fits and loosening shit you don't even know about when you do. Folders, when built right, are highly precise tools.

GOD i hope not..... assisted opening is bad for many reasons inc alot of police will mess with you legal or not...
