Hasn't ANYONE used it as a butcher knife?
You need a big knife for that, for sure.
I also use my in the summer for watermelons, etc,. most standard kitchen knives don't work as well. :D

You got that right Tony, Those are beauty's. Do you know the age difference between the two. Being that their marked differently with the Busse Logo. I know the bottom one is definately older, but the top one has a newer logo. Is that because it went back to the spa for treatment. Also their both numbered so i guess they were satin LE's to start with. Thanks, :)
 
d762nato, actually the logo one the top knife is the old logo that they just started re-using. That is the logo that was stamped on the spine of the older strait handle modles.

Both are old, both are SHBMLE's and both are priceless!!!

Thanks Dobywon, Yes their beautiful for sure. It does'nt seem like you see those SHBM-LE's very often, or at least i have'nt.

I had three here at on time but one of them was just on loan

I know of two more that are around and that's all I have ever
heard of.
