Favorite Movie Knife fights

Hey knife guys!

We here at Blade HQ were just discussing some of our favorite knife fights in movies. Kill Bill, Desperado and V for Vendetta seem to be popular choices. We wanted to find out what your favorites are. So, what are they?
 
The Sebenza used by Tom Cruise in "Collateral", just for the cool factor that its a CRK in a movie. Or the Severtech in "Spartan" In both the fighting is minimal, but the knives are pretty cool, the Severtech even gets mentioned in dialogue a few times.
 
That bit in Game of Thrones when what's-his-name takes out a galloping horse with a knife throw to the head. Completely unrealistic but looked cool. :)
 
Commando has a sweet knife fight....with big ass bowies:-)

Now the question, where to get one?

I also love Kukris and they show up in many movies but I don't know any movie which is just about them.
 
1) Crocodile Dundee; not much of a fight but a line that has to be repeated often!
2) The Hunted; basically one long knife fight.
3) Commando; nuff said.
 
The Majority of Tony Jaa movies, especially the Ong Bak series contain quite a few knife and sword fights.
 
Is it just movies? The character Glen on The Walking Dead was carrying a Gerber Gator Machete Pro for a while. I think this past season though he's switched to a Schrade.
