Favorite Movie Knife fights

From "High Art" the Randall Model 14 kills bad guy at the end
Uma Thurman in Kill Bill uses a Buck 110 to stab a dude

Close combat starts at 12:00. Scenes from the movie "Talvisota" (Winter war). Sorry about the sign on the movie channel.

I have read of an incident where a ski patrol met an russian patrol in the forest during the night. Because visibility was very limited the combat happened with pistols, bayonettes and knives. Identification of friend or foe was partly by touching, Finnish soldiers knew what kind of eguipment their comrades were carrying. Frightening stuff.

I I'm right the knives of the desert people were made of the teeth of a sand worm. And the really poverfull sneeze of the Muad Dib in the end of the scene is hilarious. :D

Jason Statham in expendables 1, Wesley snipes in the blade movies, Liam and the guy with the karambit in taken, and I recall a pretty cool part in sinners and saints with Johnny strong and a cold steel tai pan

This was a good scene.

The Epic Movie Knives thread has a lot of my favorite 'knife' movies on it.

http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/s...Epic-Movie-Knives?highlight=Epic+Movie+Knives

There are tons of good movie fighting scenes in them.

I listed a bunch of mine there and so did other people.

Some movies were listed on that thread that I did not see by some of you and some of you saw what I did see and list.

We still have several movies here at home but we donated a bunch of them to our local library from a to z in subject matters. Apparently many adults like and check out those westerns, war, mystery, etc. movies!

I don't think that I have an all time favorite scene right now, 2016, but one with Dirty Harry sticks in my mind. He saves himself by stabbing the bad guy in the foot or leg.

Dirty Harry movie.

Snippet:

Scorpio kidnaps, rapes, and buries alive a teenage girl, then demands twice his previous ransom before the girl's air runs out. The mayor decides to pay, and tells Callahan to deliver the money with no tricks, but the inspector wears a wire, brings a knife, and has his partner follow him. As Scorpio sends Callahan to various payphones throughout the city to make sure he is alone, the chase ends at Mount Davidson. Scorpio brutally beats Callahan and tells him he's going to kill him and let the girl die anyway; Gonzalez comes to his partner's rescue but is wounded. Callahan stabs Scorpio in the leg, but the killer escapes without the money. Gonzalez survives his wound, but decides to resign from the force at the urging of his wife.

Hello,

Thank you for putting up this movie!

I have been looking for it here in town and you reminded me to look for it again!

I remember the name of the movie now from an old, long gone gun forum.

Thanks again! Take care.

My first thought was the scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark with Indiana Jones which Cobalt beat me to...

Anyone remember the diner scene in Streets of Fire where Michael Pare took the balisong from the street punk (disarmed him actually) then gave it back so he could get a free second try, then he beat him REAL BAD... :D You've never had your butt really kicked till you've been beat with a coat rack!

I tried linking it but the only ones I found on YT were cut up pretty bad and lost the original effect... :(

Lots of USMC f/U knives usage in the HBO mini series " The Pacific ". I liked when pvt. Snafu uses his Kabar to extract the gold tooth from a dead Japanese soldier.
