Ffg bk17 passaround! UPDATE!! New knife made to continue passaround!

Looking forward to checking it out.... I haven't yet held a tweener and look forward to it on that level alone.... plus to see K9's work.... awesome.

No interational and gotta be 18+ *Sigh* :p...Look forward to reviews of this blade though cos it looks amazing.

um. LOL well that shows how much I know about it.
green14?

Didn't mean anything more than with all your knives and experience I'm surprised you haven't experienced a convexed edge at this point.

Yeah, I think the 14 might have been. I tend to do all my DuraCoat cleanup with a WorkSharp. But then your blade wasn't coated, so there wouldn't have been a reason to clean it up... I'm not sure what I did.
It's hot and I just got off the roof trying to fix a commercial A/C unit at my office. :miserable:

I think the 14 was slightly, but I aint sure.

I have used convexed blades, just none of my Beckers are. I have been debating it.

I used a couple at the gathering for a short time, Silverthorn has a SWEET full convex cam9

Resent the info, K9, hope it finds its way this time.

Great looking knife, I look forward to putting it through its paces.

If anyone on the pass around list is near north Florida, maybe I could swing by and check it out?

I wouldn't mind checking it out! The only thing is if JWL is on the list it is allready comming to Maine. If he dosn't mind I could meet up with him and check it out if that is cool with you K9. That way I wouldn't need ro take up a spot on the list and someone else could check out your work. If this dosn't work for you I have knives of my own I can beat on. Lol.

Just a thought,

Jeremy

man, who ground it flat??? that looks awesome and scary at the same time. I would be afraid of spoiling the HT, but that flat 17 looks real purdy!

nevermind, just saw the link in the first post lol. For a moment I thought it was a ground out 17!

It's up to you, Jeremy, since you qualify. And if it's cool with JWL, since it would be on his "nickle". It would certainly save shipping it from ME to NV and back to ME (just an example).

It's OK with me...

Thanks. The senario I had in mind the knife would never leave his sight. No risk at all.

There are so many new Beckerheads I would hate to take up a spot that would prevent someone else from checking it out.

JwL if you wouldn't mind this let us know. If you don't want to also let us know. No hard feelings either way.

Jeremy
