Fiddleback Collections

Chad,
Love the Toothpik and that blued crazy arse Bushboot. Very nice collection mate:D

Mick

Yah, I figured I'd go fully crazy with that one. The white over orange are pretty neat and the blued finish looks good with black pins. The Toothpik was a real blessing to me and feels great.

Thanks

Much overdue but I finally took a full family photo. I'd love to add a Palmer, Padre, Fighter, or Snupnose if anyone's got one they would part with. Obviously I'm short a few staple knive aswell but I can't seem to find the right ones. Thanks to all of you for helping me get this far in a few short months.

I second what many others have already stated -- fantastic collection, in both depth and range. Both the Duke and the Leuku are sweet; that Nessmuk however is BEAUTIFUL! Is it koa or curly maple?!

Nonetheless, great post -- thanks for sharing.

Thanks, Will. It's curly maple. I actually just got it from David. Haven't gotten to handle it much but really like it so far.

Great collection Chad!!!!

My favorite is also the Lueku!!

Thanks, I think Ken said it was curly mango but I'm not totally sure. The bolster and liner look like one piece. Not sure it they do that but I can't see a joint between the two.

I really like this combo and decided to start collecting a few.
Anyone else like the black on black?

That's really cool! I have a black on black with blue, but don't recall seeing green... VERY cool! Did they all come from the same time period?

Awesome set of knives widgetdr! I dig the black on black!
Thanks, Hasco!
That EDkarda ended up a bit lighter in color than the rest, but I think it was sandblasted and has a "blued" blade from the Forge.
I'm no knife fighter, but that Bourbon Street Skinner would be my pick if I had to. Very light in the hand.

Thanks Will!
A couple of them I picked up from a Friday Sale, others from the flea market and one from a member but on a different forum,
but I think the edge logos would indicate a certain period.
Is yours the cornflower blue? I have not seen that color
Don

Mine is just the regular blue used on pinstripes, not too bright, kinda subtle, from a distance it looks solid black

I like the black on black knives. Add a white pinstripe and there are a few models I would want in that configuration

widgetdr, I like your black on black with green. I only have one in that configuration and wish I had more.

Amazing collection Will. The coolest thing is that it's not static and always in a state of flow - I enjoy the routine updates

Some real sweet ones there Will. I can see why you have been drawn to those, they are some damn fine specimens.

Will, I really like this latest update to the collection. You are a master of wheeling & dealing with your network of friends here. I agree with Bill's assessment that you have some "damn fine specimens" there. The new Sneaky Pete & KE Bushie add some nice brightness to the group. Well done!

Bill, you are going to have to post pictures of all your Curly-Q's soon. You have acquired quite a few nice ones this year.

Phil

Thanks Phil, I'll be sure to do an updated collection shot as well as a feature on the Qs, including the WAS Qs.
