One of these days, I'd like someone to do a fairly comprehensive review of a knife model they own in various thicknesses. Cool factor and looks aside, I've got to imagine certain models have an "ideal size" for a particular set of uses. What those uses are might vary from person to person, but isolating the variables and comparing might really make those things more clear. Maybe you're our man for the job. ��
