Umm then why do the pics at the outpost take so long to load hahaha jkjk I know it's my dumb connection that's slowing it...

but what kind of internet service do you have and where can I get some??

You can't buy that type of service. You have to sleep your way up the chain... really unfortunate for all involved :D

Good morning and Merry Christmas everybody! [emoji3]

Thank you so much Andy! I already had an awesome opener for the package and spot for the firesteel on my key chain. [emoji3]

In all my years I don't recall participating in a secret Santa. Likely I have but this morning I opened this rather large box to find all these great gifts that will definitely use, from swonut. I had to laugh at the banana saver as I've crushed many a banana in my camping days. Thank You Justen for starting this and Thank You Blaine for your generosity! Merry Christmas everyone!

Wow!

Thank you Phil! What an awesome gift!!! I'm at a loss for words - it's perfect. This is really cool! My Santa is the BEST!

And Luca snagged the knife immediately.

Thank you, and Merry Christmas!

Muchas Gracias to Onedoeg! Merry Christmas to all. I have some amazing all organic honey products from Bees Brother of Cache Valley, Utah. My grandparents raised bees and I helped tend and rob them as a boy. This gave me a deep appreciation for the amazing grace in which nature provides for us.

I was expecting some packages to show up on Thursday for some last minute Christmas gifts, so when I got the delivery notification for them I quickly grabbed the dog and headed down the street to our mail box. Along with the packages I was expecting I also received a package from Fiddleback Outpost, I hadn't ordered anything from them recently though!

It wasn't until I got it home that I noticed the message on the side of the box.

Then came the wait... per the rules I had to wait until Christmas! The agony! So I put the box with the rest of my stuff that would be traveling 7 hours south with me to visit my parents in New Mexico, hoping to forget about it until Sunday...

My family did our gift exchanging and festivities and then out came the package! I opened it up with my Victorinox Pioneer, my gift opening EDC knife. The first thing in the box, hiding a handful of individually wrapped gifts, was a VERY LARGE sticker for my sticker collection. I referenced the collection and my joy of stickers in my Fiddleback Outpost unboxing video, they took note obviously.

Time to unload the box! Five neatly wrapped gifts, and one very special little Fiddleback Outpost 'informational card'...

"Keep the Mav too!" Wow!!! I couldn't believe it. This is the Maverick that they sent me to test on my deer hunt, I cleaned my entire deer with this knife and I'm currently working on an article and video for it! Awesome blade, it made quick work of my buck once I got used to it and was still paper slicing sharp after processing an entire deer. Thank you so much!

On top of getting to hang onto this awesome knife there were five other gifts to open! Here's the haul. A Fiddleback Outpost t-shirt, a Flex Strop Signature Field Strop, an absolutely beautiful Adirondack Wilderness Firesteel, a Fire Water Survival AEGIS Survival Kit, and a FWS tooth pick holder!

Holy crap guys, it was like second Christmas opening that box. A very, very generous gift and far more than you needed to do. I can't even express how much I appreciate it and how awesome it is. All of these will be used, except for maybe the survival kit, that is going into my car. :D I can't really say anything more about it, I was speechless when I opened it up. Thank you so much.

Here's that buck... lots more information and pictures to come with the article! I can't wait to share it.

Good Afternoon All,

I got this BSA scout hatchet with a handle and what looks like a wooden sheathed ceremonial sword that used to be used by EDGAR. Being an old Eagle scout from back when you could have a hatchet, it's awesome.

Wait - what? I thought Robert was sending you a box of rocks like we do everyone else. I didn't realize you were getting all that cool stuff...

- Marc

I'm sad to say the box I sent to Jarrett Monday morning has not arrived. Hopefully Tomorrow the mail service will deliver.
