Nice mist -- digging the 154 sneaky out in its element. The more time I spend with my sneaky (and now asp) I am realizing that the SP family can be a collection clearer in that they are so versatile & easy to use. I'll be cleared hot for getting back out into the wild soon and I'm very much looking forward to putting the asp through its paces.

Thanks, it's a fun knife to use, and definitely very versatile. I dig the stainless for some applications...kitchen, coastal, etc, but this whole no patina thing is starting to weird me out a little lol, I rather like a patina on a knife. I may have to get a tapered O-1 version, maybe even an Asp to check out. I do really love this handle shape, and the geometry as a whole though.

Man, that's looks rough! Don't over work yourself there :) Nice shot man, now I need a snack :D

Thanks for the feedback all -- I've been lagging on the whole fiddlebacks with food thing, so I figured I'd finally jump in!

Nice pic; thanks for sharing. The Sneaky & that platter of munchies look great. I am patiently waiting for my new Sneaky to arrive; I can't wait. By the way, soppressata is da bomb! I could snack on that stuff everyday!

Thanks I also used my Asp to do some prep -- it wasn't pictured but both knifes are super comfortable to use and provide a great versatile platform to do anything from cutting soppressata (woot!) to making feathersticks doing woodwork. I can't say enough about the SP family; just great knives.

Arete has been feeling left out lately so it hung out with me on the front porch during coffee time this morning. I still love this knife. Comfortable handle, great carver.

At this angle, it sure reminds me a bit of a big Hiking Buddy, which I would love, so I may have to get a convex version for myself later just to play with :)

Ah, the Hunter; sometimes I feel that it's a bit underrated with all of the hype surrounding other models, but make no mistake its a beast. In 5/32" tapered, it'll nimbly handle just about anything you can throw at it.

Time to go polish the Hunter.

Now that's what I'm talking about and antique canvas to boot! And yes, I keep going in this odd cycle of patina, polish, repeat every few weeks on a few of my knives, while others I let do whatever they want -- it must be my OCD!:witless:
