slice them into rounds and put them in a cast iron pan
medium heat w. olive oil & butter if you like
turn often to keep from burning
about 15mins total

i got the idea from a fella on instagrams

Prepped with my Fletcher Big Deal. My special roasted garlic, 3-cheeze Fettuccini with sauteed zucchini and legastino lobster tails.

Mix with a little pork. This is a 75/25 mix.
