Big Deal, how would you rank the gaucho in the kitchen compared to the surls moray (i realize this is quite a bit bigger) or pro kephart? PS You're killing me - I have a g10 version of that in the works!

I love it. it's a different kind of knife that just finds it's home in the kitchen. I've mentioned it before but it points well when doing prep. that may sound weird but if you use one you'll know what I mean.
