More to come....

That looks good!! Way to put that woodsman to work. Is that blue woodsman in honor of the Patriots or Seattle?

I'm a chef by trade and I've smoked or roasted more pigs than I could ever count. There are some things that if eaten or cooked with that frequency that makes a cook dread the smell and taste. Pork is never going to be one of those! Those look great.

Step 1.

Note, after some recent use and a few baton passes, she still slices russetts paper thin (of course with a few strop passes in between ;))

It's funny, there was a time when every man carried his own knife to dinner...wherever it may be. Restaurants didn't supply them. Today they still really don't supply knives so much as they supply steak saws...which I really do not care for. I am glad to see I am not the only one who prefers to use their own real knife instead :)

Y'all are driving me crazy. I need a steak soon!

Ok, to help out with that Kris, I guess I'll add these pics here as well :)

Lol... Brian, trust those pictures already contributed to my steak cravings. Looks. Perfect. :D Need to look into scheduling a date night asap.

That's some awesome looking pulled pork Phillip. If it was sitting here in front of me right now, I'd eat it for breakfast

Nice! My Fiddlebacks have cut lots of apples for the same reason over the years. Apples are nice for the patina also.
