Fiddlebacks and Food

The steaks were awesome but we tried a new recipe with Grilled onion bacon cheddar buds. They were unreal. If you want to know how to make them look it up on You Tube. This was meal was worthy of a knife pic with my Fiddleback Production Bushfinger!

I would never even know what Cholula hot sauce was if it wasn't for Jack Link's jerky. I bought a bottle recently and man is that good stuff! It's expensive compared to the other hot sauces, but I now prefer it to Franks (my previous runner up, I'm not even sure if you have it in the States). I still like my Siracha best though!

Franks hot sauce and a butter mixture is the base for many hot wing sauces

You nailed it my friend......when we used to live in Roswell this was one of our favorite stops. Bob and his wife are super nice people to boot. He actually served us personally when we enjoyed this meal.

On a recent trip down to the Florida Keys we had a fantastic dinner at The Green Turtle Inn on Islamorada.....Mahi over rice w/ Main Lobster Sauce & a little "Bacon" Hiking Buddy on the side.....Yummy !

Peter's wife has been to the Fiddleback shop twice and she sharks her own knives (other than the one pictured which was a gift from Peter.). You have to respect a woman with good taste who appreciates nice knives. :thumbup:
