Fiddlebacks and Food

The shank is such a mis used cut! Long and slow with any method and they come out delicious! That look awesome! I've got some antelope shanks in the freezer just waiting for they're turn.

You "nailed it" that looks awesome!

You definitely outdid yourself with this one. I think it's high time some discussion about a FF cookbook gets started. Too many good cooks in this community!

It's pretty labor intensive for just one person so I don't make it often but tonight I made Korean rolls named "gimbap" in beef and pork with the moray doing the prep work and final slice

I love these rolls! There's a local market here that has them. Delicious!

Great job!

Nice! What's the knife, please?

~ P.

A guess until NOLA returns.

Pocket Kephart waterfall bubinga over natural and blue.

I think it's actually this knife. I was thinking bubinga too but found this link

Belated thanks for the knife ID. The angle in the second picture, especially, makes the knife look longer to me than a PK....

Sweet lil' thing. :)

Weather was nice today so I decided to cook a turkey breast outside on the rotisserie. Seemed like a good time to try out the new gaucho.
