As far as the sheath situation goes with busse/kin... It would be nice if they came with one, but then I wouldn't have been compelled to fashion this masterpiece so I could carry my db321 without delay...

It's neither sharp, nor fiery, but it's effective.
(Yes I deliberately made it left handed carry in deference to my normal sporting of a handgun).

Thank you, it certainly does what it's supposed to do. Like many of my other interests, I've not gotten beyond the crude, but effective stage.

I'm loving the knife, especially since it filled a pretty empty space in the stable.

Before I made kydex sheaths I resorted to scrounging anything i could as a sheath for my busse blades.

Oh, some of my earlier iterations weren't nearly as nice as this one. Mostly small pouch sheaths. I have a couple kicking around at home, I'll have to see if I can find them.

Does hobo leather count as leather? There's probably a couple of pretty nasty looking cardboard ones floating around too if I look.
