That need applies to a lot of us. I do not see how how you and others do it. We are not in the city, but not in the country either and it wears a fella down.
Congratulations on the two slicers. The largest looks like it would be a great chopper.

Nice collection. That one second from the left looks like a real workhorse. My current "stable" is just a simple ESEE-4 for camping and a Mora for the toolbox. Can't justify buying more when those two cover 99% of what I need.

I threw justifying out the window years ago, life's a short wild ride, buy what you can afford and makes you smile like when a certain person finds parmesan cheese in the carpet. I need to do an updated group shot.

I don't let my knife stable get to large because then they don't get enough use, so I maintain a smaller quantity than most here. My general rule is no safe queens.
