Dis some grilling today finally! Now that the freeze it over it was like 70 degrees out (I live in Texas). I used the Mattia Borrani Bowie Chef , the Kapara, and my Sebenza. Turned out pretty damn good. The Borrani can do it all but I like to use the Kapara typically for veggies and cutting down chunks that I may have cut too big. I also wanted to try the sebenza out against the Kapara. Kapara did great better on the vegetables as usual, Sebenza so-so. The Sebenza excelled at cutting the meat. Beef tips over mashed potatoes. Overall alot of fun and the wife is happy!
