Looks great! I like the “mini meatball” size of the ground beef here.
The mini meatball approach eliminates most of the smaller bits, breakoffs etc that may get scorched too quickly and hard if you just tear off bits of ground beef throw them in and try to brown them. Bigger meatballs don't have that problem either of course. Edited 2/10 2030 hrs
According to Vincenzo's Plate on the Tube, mini meatballs are the authentic meatball for ".... spaghetti and meatballs like an Italian".
