Looks great! I like the “mini meatball” size of the ground beef here.

The mini meatball approach eliminates most of the smaller bits, breakoffs etc that may get scorched too quickly and hard when browning.

According to Vincenzo's Plate on the Tube, mini meatballs are the authentic meatball for ".... spaghetti and meatballs like an Italian".
