The plate below is lamb liver and the plate above is sweetbread, both cooked over charcoal. It's at a Turkish restaurant in London, however while lamb liver is served at various places, not all Turkish restaurants serve sweetbread, it's rather uncommon.

Looks outstanding. Found a few Turkish spots here in San Antonio. Doubt they get down like that but there is plenty on the menus I'd like to try. Thanks!

Sounds good... My other favourites from Turkish restaurants which I recommend are: İskender, Adana kebab (I have a photo of these earlier in the thread) and if you find it available, Halep kebab.
