I used a basic mystery brand knife so I won’t pretend like I used something fancier. I do appreciate a dull but thin knife for this kind of task: prepared about 4kg of strawberries for freezer. We did same amount yesterday so we should be set for the winter. We still got some to use from last summer so we should start using those up! Strawberries do taste delicious this summer!
