Drooling! I haven't seen a dish from you that Im not in love with.

I keep forgetting about this thread or I'd have snapped the Bbq pork / pickled onion w/ melted cheddar on Brioche the wife made tonight. Oh yeah. With sweet potato fries!

If you lived closer I'd be down for dinner sometime lol.

I owe you a pizza if I remember... Red pepper, pepperoni and bacon. ;)
Man that was good!

I had a hankering for some ribs so whipped those up kind of quickly under the broiler.
Used 5 spice for a rub, then at the end caramelized that red sauce.
I really don't like "fall off the bone" ribs, just too smooshy.
I prefer them like I get at the Chinese restaurant, with some chew left in them, so the broiler works well enough. I'd rather grill them, but Brrrr, just a little brisk for ribs that need to be watched pretty closely.
The beans were prepped with some Asian spice as well.

That pizza place is still a favorite after relocating. I'd love to have you up for a BBQ this spring/summer. I might ask you to cook though! I will cover the beer and ingredients!:) + a chew toy to let my Pit bull know your a friendly;)

Chew toy... funny thing, as a mountain biker I had 2 dogs use my leg as a chew toy this season.
Not a fan.:mad:
And I always get the same line, "my precious (insert generic dog name here) has never bitten anyone!
Yeah, right... as I'm douching out the bite with my water bottle.:rolleyes:
