Back to food and blades does anyone use ceramic blades in the kitchen? I bought 2 last year to try in the kitchen and my wife has claimed them and uses them exclusively on vegetables and fruits. these are Kyocera Japanese ceramics.

Really like this little Brisa and might fit the sheath with one of those Ti belt clips and turn this into an edc replacing my current folder.

Argentinian red shrimp and genuine imported Greek Feta over spaghetti alla chitarra with olive tapenade side.

That shrimp, feta, butter, garlic etc and tapenade is just da bomb.
