I finally found Ribeye's so I got thick cut over 1lb each. Bone in and all amazing. Dogs got the bone!

Yours looks great, but I prefer mine more rare. To each his own

Chicken and veggie with Japchae, my favorite.

I made the sauce, of course white boy style with soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil. Some raw ginger helps too!
